Ethan Kavanagh is the only son of Eamon Kavanagh and his unknown mother. The oldest brother of Kate Kavanagh, the husband of Mia Grey, the uncle of Ava Grey, the brother-in-law of Elliot and Christian Grey & the son-in-law of Grace and Carrick Grey. In 2013 after her niece Ava Grey's birth, Ethan and Mia got engaged after a long meeting. Ethan went to his knees and asked for her hand with which Mia agreed. In 15.
